At age 68, of Everett on Feb. 28. Beloved husband for 48 years to Anne Marie (Volpe). Loving father of Michele Cain and her husband Shawn of Chelmsford, Michael P., III of Everett, Matthew P. and his wife Catherine of Maynard. Loving son of Michael P. Forrestall and the late Angelina (Nuzzo). He is survived by his 2 loving grandchildren, Nicholas Patrick and Sarah Elizabeth Cain. Funeral from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, on Fri., March 4 at 10 a.m. Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Everett at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited.
