Of Everett, age 46, passed away on May 13th after losing his battle with ALS. Survived by his daughter Shenise Philbrook of Everett. Brother Jamie Briley of Lebanon, NH. and the late William Briley. Son of the late Joseph Rosa and Maria (Marchese) Rosa and the late James Christian.  Please omit flowers.
