KENNEDY, Richard J. "Mother" Of Malden on August 6. Beloved husband of the late Vera (Ciaburri) Kennedy. Loving father of Richard Kennedy and his wife Lyndasue of Epping, NH, and Laurie Kennedy of Watertown. Brother of Margaret Barnett and Helen Banks, as well as the late Mary Sousa Rumma and Joanne Levins. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A Funeral will be held on Monday, August 12 at St. Joseph Church, Malden, at 10 a.m. A Wake Service will be held from the Salvatore Rocco & Sons Funeral Home, 331 Main St., EVERETT, on Sunday from 4-7 p.m. Complimentary valet parking at Main St. Entrance. In lieu of flowers donations in Richard's memory may be made to St. Jude Childrens' Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105. Interment at Forestdale Cemetery, Malden. Richard served in the Coast Guard during WWII. Following his service he entered Holy Cross Seminary but chose the secular life before completing his final vows. He had a long satisfying career with American Airlines, the Fleet Service Division.
