Paul and Cathy and family,
Many prayers for you all at this time of your Dad's passing.  He sounds like an amazing man.  I will enter his name in our book of remembrance in our novitiate chapel and our community will pray for him and for all of you - in fact we have been for 2 days now - as you celebrate his life and adjust to his new state of Life.  Blessings of peace!
Laura, fmi

Steph, Dennis & family: So very sorry to read about the loss of your Dad (grand dad), he was a very special person. It doesn't seem like almost 5 years since Mom passed, bet he missed her very much! I'm having surgery Monday morning or we'd sure be there for you. If there's anything we can do, long distance, please don't ever hesitate to ask. Again, so sorry we can't be there, but we'll be thinking of you and praying for you.  Love to all.

What can be said? Zenon was a friend and neighbor for thirty years. He was a wonderful man who was a stranger to nobody.
I could write paragraph after paragraph of what a good man he was, but for those who knew him, this is not necessary.

God speed, Zenon. I will be seeing you soon.

Mick Slater, Elkhart, Indiana.

Paul, Stephanie and family

Gayle and I were greatly saddened to hear of the passing of Xenon (and of Johanna's earlier passing). He was a kind man, a contributor at all levels, a good friend, and a wonderful Scouting volunteer. While I served as Scoutmaster of Troop 1 in Elkhart in the 1980s, I always knew that Xenon could be counted on, always delivering his best for the development of the youth in our program. He was a great Scouter and a good person.

His efforts in support of Mrs. Johanna Yuhn, our neighbor and friend, and Johanna Becker's beloved aunt, were endless and delivered with ultimate patience and caring. Xenon was a man of the community, a man of the family, a man of the church and will be greatly missed.

Although we know that you do miss, and will contain to miss, Xenon, be comforted by the fact that he has left his children and grandchildren as monuments to the continuing value of his life and life's work.

With deepest, heart-felt sympathy, and remembrance of a good man:

Don and Gayle Parker
