Tue November 20, 2018 There are some residents you never forget. I was honored to be one ofJaylan's RTs for the past 3 years. I enjoyed his witty banter and we loved making up silly songs. I will never forget him and will deeply miss taking care of him and hearing him say.... "one more time" :)

Tue November 20, 2018 Jaylan was such a great guy. May he rest peacefully now. God has a plan for him in heaven. Yet, it doesn’t take the heartbreak of losing him away. My condolences to us all who had the honor of knowing him.
