Posted by: William C Barkdull Tue November 12, 2019 | I worked with Otis over 30 years on many projects, he was always helpful and willing to help where and when needed. Otis was one of the very first contact's I encountered AT INDOT Central office from the beginning of my almost 34 years. He was always there when you needed him, sometimes when you didn't, ha, ha!! He made things easier having him in your corner, at least most of the time! He took his job very seriously, there was no other way in his mind, right is right and wrong is not going to happen! If you was a friend it was forever! Otis may you Rest in Peace and dwell in The House of Our Lord and Saviour Forevermore, AMEN. |
