Mon October 28, 2019 Otis, you were my strength in good times and bad. Thank you for being the BEST brother in all the world. You are loved so dearly.  Your memories will always remain in my heart and mind forever.  You were so kind, gentle, and a great listener. A light has gone out of my life but our happy memories will always remain in my heart. You will be sorely missed. May you rest in peace dear brother.

Tue October 29, 2019 Otis was one of the sweetest, most gentle souls I ever had the pleasure of meeting. I loved working with him. He was always so positive, helpful, and such a great person to be around. Praying for his wife and daughters during this sad time. 🙏

Tue October 29, 2019 Enjoyed the many years working with Otis at INDOT. He was a great person and always willing to help someone with any issue. He was a very dedicated and caring employee at INDOT. He was also a very good friend. My condolences and prayers for the Family.

Tue October 29, 2019 So very sorry to hear of Otis's death.  He was a classmate and a friend from Tell City High School Class of 1966.  He was a talented runner and won many awards!  He was a very kind person who liked everybody.  Rest in Peace. You will be.missed.

Tue November 12, 2019 I worked with Otis over 30 years on many projects, he was always helpful and willing to help where and when needed. Otis was one of the very first contact's I encountered AT INDOT Central office from the beginning of my almost 34 years. He was always there when you needed him, sometimes when you didn't, ha, ha!! He made things easier having him in your corner, at least most of the time! He took his job very seriously, there was no other way in his mind, right is right and wrong is not going to happen! If you was a friend it was forever! Otis may you Rest in Peace and dwell in The House of Our Lord and Saviour Forevermore, AMEN.
