I was saddened to learn about Drew. We went to high school together and went to Kings Island between our junior and senior year. He was a great guy and I charish the memories of that short trip. I remember he loved music and was always playing an instrument. My thoughts are with the Kuhn's in their time of loss. RIP Drew!

Andrew is a great friend, relative and brother to Kathleen and myself. I will always remember our marathon card games playing UNO, blitz and euchre. His quick wit and funny personality will always be remembered. His admiration and love for all of his family, nieces and nephews will remain with us. He is loved by all whom have met him. Rest in eternal peace Andrew knowing that one day your loved ones will be by your side.

We were shocked and saddened to learn that Andrew has passed on. In the late 80's Andrew spent a lot of time with our family especially our son, David. He was like a second son. Rest in peace Andrew. Condolences to his Family

I remember Drew well as a superb musician and a fellow band geek. He had a great sense of humor and was well-loved by those around him. I am proud to have known him, and I know his memory will live on. My deepest sympathies to his family and loved ones.

This seems like a horribly impersonal way to express condolences for such a tremendous person. Drew and I were great friends in high school, we were band mates and he was always one of the truest friends a person could have ever asked for. Cindy, Drew, Scott, Amanda all of us had such great times and memories that I will always treasure. Time and busy lives separated us long ago, but I will always remember our times together.

Drew will always be my baby brother. I remember feeding him his bottle as a baby and playing with him out in the country as a little boy. One of my favorite memories of Drew was our trip to Disney World that I won (about 17 years ago); Drew, Mike, Kathleen, and I had a blast that week! I also appreciate the times Uncle Drew came out to our home and played games with the children and Mike and I, anything, like badminton, throwing the football, board games, cards, especially Dutch blitz, and more. I wish that I could talk with him just one last time. I hope that Drew will know God's mercy.

Thank you to all who came to support us during our greiving. We will not forget that. May God bless you for your thoughtfulness and prayers. This truly is helping.

Michele

I was very fortunate to have lived next to Andrew when growing up. Once Kathleen went away to college (and the other girls had moved out) he spent a great deal of time with our family, was best buddies with my brother and really like a second brother to me. He was shy at first, but once he knew you, he was always a lot of laughs. He had the best smile, and was such a quiet person (with the exception of when he was playing his drums, of course). We had a side back door at our house that faced Andrew's...and he just came on in, which we loved. In thinking back, we're not sure that door has really been used since Andrew moved away. He went on a couple family vacations with us, trips to Kings Island, camping, etc. but also just spent many nights at our house hanging out with my brother, watching MTV, etc. I am deeply saddened by his passing and will hold the fond memories I have of him close to my heart. My heart goes out to his mother and sisters and hope they know that so many share in their sadness. RIP Andrew...The Barrett Family will always love you!

I am so saddened to hear about this. I went to prom with Andrew and had so many fun memories of our group hanging out in his garage and Blood Shot - the great band it was - jamming out to Metallica cover songs. I wish I could of paid my respects in person. My deepest sympathies to the family and all that knew the funny, talented, and caring person Andrew was.
