Clarence ‘Pete’ Woodall, 70, of Shelbyville, passed away Saturday, August 3, 2019 in Arlington, IN.
He was born October 4, 1948 in Flat Rock, IN to Jim and Zula (Lay) Woodall.
On December 19, 1992, he married Patty J. (Capito) Woodall, and she survives.
Pete is also survived by his son, Bob Alford, of Shelbyville; son, Billy (Kelly) Alford, of Indianapolis; daughter, Tia Phillips, of Shelbyville, son, Brian (Kim) Alford, of Greenfield; son, Adam (Michelle) Woodall of Shelbyville; daughter, Tammy (Chris) Boring of Shelbyville; 19 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, and sister, Shirley Bailey of Shelbyville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
Pete was a member of the Moose Lodge in Pasco County, FL, Eagles Lodge in Rushville, and American Legion Post 70 in Shelbyville.
He was the owner and operator of TLC Trucking. He was a truck driver all his life before retiring in 2005.
Pete was a NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching westerns. He loved being on the beach. Pete especially enjoyed being out on the water fishing, and mowing his grass.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m, Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Services, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville, IN 46176.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, August 8, 2019 at the funeral home with Reverend Brandon Sutton officiating.
Burial will be in Flat Rock Cemetery.
