Mr. Fisher was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Masonic Lodge  FA&M #217 and Scottish Rites.  He enjoyed wood working, fishing, watching NASCAR and I.U.  He was very proud of the three boats that he built.

He retired from Public Service after a successful career of many years.

He enjoyed his time boating on the Ohio River, but his heart was at their summer home in St. Germain, WI.

His relationship with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren was the most precious gift he ever received.

Visitation will be at 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with Masonic Rites at 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, 2019, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service and Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville.
