  Alta M. Dagley, 94, of Shelbyville has gone home to be with her Lord and Savior.  She passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at Heritage House of Shelbyville.

  She was born September 14, 1924 in Somerset, KY to Herman and Lillian Dagley.

  She married Norman G. Dagley on January 10, 1945 and he preceded her in death on February 6, 1987.

  Mrs. Dagley is survived by her son Darold (wife, Hyla) Dagley of Shelbyville; sisters, Helen Clark and Rosemary Hollandsworth; and brother, Robert (wife, Mary) Dagley, all of Dayton, OH.

  She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and her brother, Oakley Dagley.

  Mrs. Dagley attended First Church of the Nazarene. She was employed at L & J Garment Factory for 20 years.

  She loved listening to gospel music and playing bingo.  Her most cherished times were spent with her family and friends.

   Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to Noon, Friday, May 31, 2019 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Services, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville, IN 46176.

  Funeral services will follow at Noon with Dr. Bohall officiating.

  Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery.

  Funeral Directors, Greg, Sheila, and Stuart Parks are honored to serve the Dagley family.
