 Jeff Ray Berry, 78, of Fairland, passed away Sunday, January 20, 2019 at MHP in Shelbyville.

  He was born March 31, 1940 in Coble, TN to John W. Berry and Ethel W. (Butler) Berry.

  He married Beverly (Tucker) Berry on April 6, 1958 and she preceded him in death on January 2, 2018.

  Mr. Berry is survived by his daughters, Janet Brown of Shelbyville and Tammy (John) Begley of Fairland; sons, Jeff W. (Tammi) Berry of Morristown and A. Ray (Stephanie) Berry of Loveland, OH; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters, and 2 brothers.

  He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son-in-law, Tim Brown and 2 brothers

  He attended Shelbyville High School.  He was an auto mechanic with Firestone and retired after 32 years of service.

  Jeff was a loving father that instilled deep family values in his children and grandchildren.

He enjoyed fishing and playing solitaire.  His greatest joy was spending time with his family.

  He was loved by his children, Josh, Tammer Slammer, Bruiser, Razor, and all his silly little rabbits.

  Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to Noon on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.

  Funeral services will follow at Noon with Pastor Fred Troxell officiating.

  Burial will be in Miller Cemetery.

  Funeral Directors, Greg, Sheila, and Stuart Parks are honored to serve the Berry family.

  Memorial contributions may be given to Shelbyville Seventh Day Adventist Church, 1541 W. McKay Road, Shelbyville, IN 46176.
