He was born November 27, 1957 in Cincinnati, OH
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville, IN. with Pastor Edwin Mohr officiating.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to time of service at the funeral home.
