Darlene Edwards-Moreno, 68, of Shelbyville, passed away June 22, 2018 at IU Health University Hospital, Indianapolis.
She was born August 20, 1949 in French Lick, IN. She was the daughter of Mildred Fields. She married Edward Moreno on April 24, 1995 and he survives.
Darlene is also survived by her sons, Troy Edwards of Marysville, OH and Tarin Edwards of Battle Creek, MI; step-daughters, Jessica (Brandon) Crandell, and Christina Moreno; grandsons, William (Heidi) Edwards, Brandon Edwards, and Kaden Bynum; granddaughters, Alissa Edwards, Harper Crandell and Hollyn Crandell; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Onice Fields, sisters, Patty (Norman) Ouellette; Carolyn (David) Knight; and Connie Fields; 11 nieces and nephews, mother-in-law, Patricia Moreno, father-in-law, Henry Moreno, sister-in-law, Gloria (Antonio) Moreno; and brother-in-law, Albert Moreno.
She was preceded in death in 2016 by her mother.
Darlene enjoyed playing with her grandkids. She was a big Pacers fan. She also enjoyed going to flea markets and finding treasures there. She was a QVC lover. Darlene’s love for her family will be immensely missed.
No services will be observed.
