  Raymond M. Yarling, 79, of Shelbyville, passed away, Monday, April 23, 2018 at Waldron Health and Rehab.
  He was born May 26, 1938 in Shelbyville, to Michael and Marlene (Fuller) Yarling.
  He is survived by his sons, Roy (Tina) Yarling of Hope; Ray (Linda) Yarling of Green River, WY; and Tom Yarling of Columbus; daughters, Kristi (Vern) Nightenhelser of Shelbyville and Nancy K. Yarling of Lafayette; grandchildren, Rebecca (Justine) Newberry, Amber (Matt) Tucker, Katelyn Yarling, and Emily Yarling; great-granddaughter, Oliva Newberry, great-grandson, Boston Tucker; brothers, Michael H. Yarling, Shelbyville, William R (Donna) Yarling, Shelbyville; Mark L. Yarling, Greenwood, sisters, Nancy L. (Mark) Beck, Boggstown and Brenda M. (Doyle) Chaney, Shelbyville.
  He was preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Yantis A. and Stanley Spreckelmeyer.
 Mr. Yarling served  in the Army National Guard.  Mr. Yarling was a heavy equipment operator for Beaty Construction.  He enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, attending to his bird feeders, target shooting, and riding his motorcycle.
  A public graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Forest Hill Cemetery
  Funeral Directors Greg, Sheila, and Stuart Parks are honored to serve the Yarling family.
  Memorial contributions may be given to Cancer Association of Shelby County, P O Box 844, Shelbyville, IN 46176.
