I was sad to learn of your loss of Barbara. I considered her as my friend even though we hadn't seen each other in years. She had a great sense of humor and we loved to laugh. I can hear her now.
I would love to come to Shelbyville and pay my respects, but the weather is just too bad to drive over from Columbus. My heart goes out to Beverly, Donna Sue, Richard, and the rest of your families. God be with all of you.
Love, Clara Hook Jackman

Dear Julie,
We were so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I enjoyed talking and spending time with your mom during our girls' softball games. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
