Weldon Ronald Suits, 76, of Fairland died Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at Kindred Hospital Indianapolis South, Greenwood.
Born July 15, 1934, in Chebanse, Ill., he was the son of Maurice and Neva (Green) Suits. He married Judith A. Howard in November of 1968, and she survives.
Other survivors include his daughters, Deborah Kee and Tamara Higgins, both of Greenwood; son, Ronald Suits of Indianapolis; sister, Juanita Ayres of Fairland; brother, Larry Suits of Acton; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Norman Suits.
Mr. Suits was a lifetime farmer in the Fairland area and also retired from Interest Castings in Indianapolis.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Whispering Hope Memorial Gardens, with Gary Krieg officiating.
Services have been entrusted to Murphy-Parks Funeral Service and Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St.
