Jeffrey G Johnson, 61 of Fairland, IN passed away on Friday, January 20, 2017, at IU Health Methodist Hospital

Born Thursday, August 04, 1955 in Beach Grove, IN, He was the son of Glen D. Johnson and Janice (Henzman) Johnson , of Russel Springs, KY. and they survive.

Jeffrey married Debra (Darby) Johnson on April 06, 2001 and she survives

Jeff is also survived by Two Children; Kandace (Chris) Wheeler, of Franklin, IN, Jodie Darby, of Fairland, IN, Grandchildren; Alexis Darby, Cameron Klowan, Aiden Wheeler, and Tylan Wheeler.

Jeff had a love for music and he really enjoyed listening to the Beatles. He also enjoyed watching the Colts play and reading books. His family was very important to him, especially his grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, January 27, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Murphy-Parks Funeral Services, 703 S. Harrison St., Shelbyville.

A private burial for family and friends will be at a later date in Fairland Cemetery, Fairland IN.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Jeff was a beloved classmate who was always happy and smiling. He was still the same ole Jeff at our class reunions, all smiles. He will be missed.

Webbie sorry to hear about the passing of Jeff. I know loosing your better half is not easy and i don't know if it gets easyor. Lost my husband 1.5 years ago. Such a good man. Please let me know if you need a shoulder to lean on or yell at times. Hope you still remember me? Dale Bennett. Daughter Jeff's cousin. Take care love Barb
