I was very sorry to hear the passing of Ted. He was in my class at Shelby High. I worked with him for a short time at the Government Center. I have not seen him for a couple years, but I considered him a friend. He will be missed

Uncle Ted was a great man! My boys Dakota and Tyler Tungate thought he was just the greatest and when they came back from seeing him the last time they shared all of the stories he had told them. He will be greatly missed.

My heart is breaking. I just learned of my "Teddy Bear" as I called him passing. I knew him (1989-1992 When I lived a couple of blocks away from him in Shelbyville, Indiana on Knightstown Road. Ted was a truly honorable man and was a Seal until the end. He literally saved my life and custody of my son with his knowledge of how to obtain information of use for me. He treated me like family. I will never forget him.
