Trinity Faith Winiecki, an infant, of Shelbyville died Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009, at Major Hospital.
Born Sept. 20, 2009, in Shelbyville, she was the daughter of David Michael and Michele D. (Woodrum) Winiecki.
Survivors include her parents of Shelbyville; sisters, Lilly Ann Winiecki and Amy Lynn Winiecki, both of Shelbyville; and grandparents, Kimberly Dawn Woodrum, Larry Lynn Woodrum and Sandra Ann Winiecki.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Michael William Winiecki.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison St.
Funeral services will be at noon Friday at the funeral home.

Michele and David,
I cannot tell you how sorry I am to hear of your loss. You guys are and have been in my thought and prayers since I heard of the problems you were having. I prayed daily for God to watch over you both and make you both healthy. I hate that it didn't work out that way. It tears me up inside to know what you are going through. Please know if you need anything don't hesitate to ask. I'm here for you, even if it's just a shoulder to lean on or an ear to fill up. I truely am sorry for your loss and hope God will help you during this tough time. I love you all very much!
