We are sorry to hear about your grandaughter. We know nothing we say can make things better. Please know that we are thinking about you and praying that you can get over this terrible tragedy. She is with God now. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help.

Sometimes God puts Angels such as Noel on the Earth to make us see how lucky we are. Noel was one of those special little ones that touched your heart the minute you saw her. Rest well little one and know that you will be missed.
