The emptiness in a child’s heart from the passing of a parent is not comparable to anything in life, it stands alone but as time goes on we try to fill it back up with the good times had. People will tell you that they are in a better place. Sometimes that can be comforting for the now, but as time goes on we will start to notice little things that will put us back in to sadness such as holidays, birthdays, or eating a food that was your loved ones favorite it almost gives one a filling of gilt to be carrying on without them. But if you are strong in the faith of GOD, you will begin to understand that they are still with you, and will be there for you at your time of eternal rest…..May the grace of GOD and his worm embrace, be with you in this time of want and need. Amen

I was saddened to hear of Uncle Johnnie's death. It has been too many years since I last visited with Uncle Johnie and Aunt Betty in their home. He was truly an amazing who lived life on life's terms but with the trust and faith in a Much Higher Power.

To all of his family: Your loss is great and I grieve with you.
