Judy Lee Scott, 52, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2015, at Community Hospital North.

Born, December 27, 1963, in Nashville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Clayborne Roberts and the late Lucy (Hurd) Roberts.  She married Joseph Scott and he survives.

Also surviving are sisters, Lisa (Charles) Powell and Pam Moore, all of Shelbyville, nephews, Bryan and Nick Moore, nieces Kaylee Moore and Sara Powell, and father-in-law and mother-in-law, William and Jammie Scott of Fairland.

Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her parents, and infant twin sister, Trudy Roberts.

Mrs. Scott was a member of Flat Rock Christian Church.

She graduated from Southwestern High School in 1983.  She was involved in walk-a-thons for Heart Foundations.  Judy loved her animals.

She had previously worked as a cashier at Conseco Fieldhouse and the RCA Dome.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.Friday, January 8, 2016 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison, St., Shelbyville, IN.

Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Reverend Kim Huffman officiating.   Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery.

Funeral Directors Greg, Sheila and Stuart Parks are honored to conduct the services for Mrs. Scott.
