Bonnie Oliger Lynch, 94, of Shelbyville, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2015, at Major Hospital in Shelbyville.

Born Jan. 15, 1921, in Hymera, IN, she was the daughter of the late Forrest Wheat and the late Bessie (VanFoston) Wheat. She married William Oliger on Nov. 19,1941, and he preceded her in death

Aug. 5, 1992. She married Jim Lynch on Sept. 14, 1994, and he preceded her in death May 30, 2008.

Surviving are sons: Steve Oliger and wife, Candice, of Shelbyville; and Mark Oliger and wife, Judy, of Oklahoma; sister, Barbara Palmer and husband, Jim, of Princeton; grandchildren: Lacey Wade and husband, Kyle; Alison Oliger; Angelique Collier and husband, Ryan; Zachary Oliger; and Laicia Macklin and husband, Jamie; great-grandchildren, Kyley, Emma, Colt, Nash, Conner, Aerial, Zoey

and Ceila.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two husbands; brother, Buster Wheat; and half brother, Forrest Wheat.

Mrs. Lynch was a homemaker.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She enjoyed bowling, gardening and was a member of the Bridge Social Club.

Per Bonnie's request there will be a private family visitation and funeral.

Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Shelbyville.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 125 W. Broadway St., Shelbyville, IN 46176; Wheeler Mission Ministries, 205 E. New York St., Indianapolis, IN 46204; or Little Sisters of the Poor, St. Augustine Home for the Aged, 2345 W. 86th St., Indianapolis, IN 46260.
