Isaac Emmanuel Hernandez-Cruz, infant, passed away October 15, 2015 at W.S. Major Hospital, in Shelbyville, IN.

Born October 15, 2015, he was the son of Adrian Hernandez Chavarin and Maria A. Cruz Oliva.

He is survived by his parents, his siblings and several family members.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday, October 20, 2015 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN.
