The following poem is message from Bonnie:

Miss Me - But Let Me Go

When I come to the end of the road, and the sun has set for me, I want no rites in a gloom filled room, why cry for a soul set free.

Miss Me a little-but not too long, and not with your head bowed low.  Remember the love that we once shared.  Miss Me - But Let Me Go.

For this is a journey that we all must take, and each must go alone, it's all part of the Master's plan, a step on the road to home.

When you are lonely and sick of heart, go to the friends we know, and bury your sorrow in doing good deeds.  Miss Me - But Let Me Go.

No visitation or service will be observed.

Funeral Directors Greg, Sheila and Stuart Parks are honored to serve the Amos family.

Vicki, Don and Tony,
Deepest sympathy from me, your mom's only living maternal first cousin. Although I had not seen her since your Grandma Hedrick's funeral and only a few times over many years before that, I have fond memories of her before I reached adulthood and left my parents' farm near LaGrange by the end of the 1950s. The three of you and your mom even visited our farm in the late 1950s and I took a picture of all of you sitting on the porch with my mom.
Jay Dee has kept me informed in recent years of your relocations, etc. and I also phoned your mom from time to time. I do hope to again see at least you Vicki, since Holt is only about 75 miles east of Nancy's and my home of 40 years here in northwest Portage very near I-94 and a mile east of 131. We fondly remember visiting with you at the Mt. Etna, Indiana cemetery after your Grandma Hedrick's funeral service there; I guess you were visiting at your mom and dad's in Shelbyville when she died. You and I have also been in touch a few times by e-mail and phone a few times before you moved to the Lansing area.....and you know of my serious interest in family history. God Bless all of you and yours at this time of loss. Sincerely, Dick Olds

Vicky, Family, and Friends, I will have you in my thoughts and prayers. Vicky I know you from High School. You had a sleep over at your house. That was a blast for me. You may remember as being called Judy Mann. I work as a security guard at the old Libby Owens Ford Plant in Shelbyville, IN. Now called NSG. Again I will pray you all will have peace that she went home to be with God. Liz
