Olivia Marie “Rena” Bennett, 70, of Shelbyville, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015, at Major Hospital in Shelbyville.

She was born October 15, 1944, to Elio Noyas and Mary Johnson Noyas in San Diego, CA.

Survivors include daughter DeeAnna Lewis, of Indianapolis; son Dereke (Melody) Mink, of Greensburg; brother Eddie Noyas, of California; sister Cherese (Jack) Locoste, of California; grandchildren Kurt (Becky), Christian and Kodi Mink; Heather, Jessica, Aondre Mink; Petey, Brittany, Sammy and Cameron Hart; Brandon (Tara) Teague; Wilson Bullard and Olivia Beverly; Andrea Mink; great grandchildren Landon, Haydon and Skyler Teague; Stella Mink; Peyton and Parker Hart and Kori Jo Raisor; Uncle Leo and Aunt Esther Madrid; her mother and her dog companion Mary Louise; also several cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.

She was preceded in death by her father; son Andre Mink and brother Tony Noyas.

Olivia always cherished the times she spent with her grandchildren. She will always be remembered by her great sense of humor.

Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. on Monday, May 25, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory.

Funeral services follow visitation, starting at 4 p.m., at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory, with Reverend Harvey Weaver officiating.

Greg Parks, Sheila Parks and Stuart Parks are honored to serve Olivia and her family.

So sorry for your loss. I never even met Rena, but i made sure my son Anthony Aaron knew of her.
