Bobbi Sandefur...so very sorry to hear of Rick's passing. He and my Grandpa were friends, my grandpa (Raymond Lee) passed in 1997. And my friend worked for Rick also, doing different odd jobs and such. I know he will be missed by many. My sincerest thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Dear Bobbi & Family, My deepest condolences on the loss of your husband, Rick. He was definitely one of a kind. Not long ago when I stopped in looking for him and he was out working, I asked you why he just didn't retire and do whatever he wanted. You said " I know I can't make him take it easy " I thought about that and reached the conclusion that his bucket list was doing what he loved. Spending time with family and friends in his home town and running his business was the most important and meaningful thing he could do in his life. I'll really miss him

I am so sorry to hear of Rick's passing. I very much enjoyed getting to know Rick over the last couple of years. Our conversations were always fun and entertaining. He had the great ability to make me laugh, but had the savvy of a good businessman. Rick will be missed. Please let me know if there is anything I can do for you. You and your family will be in my prayers. Mark Fischer

I am so very sorry to hear of Rick's passing. We were classmates and when I heard this, I told my husband, Rick was one of the good guys - he had a smile in those eyes that made me smile always.

I came to know Rick over the last several years through my friendship with Bobbie. He always had a joke to tell me. I witnessed first-hand how much he was loved by his family and friends. I don't don't think I've ever met a man who had a softer spot in his heart for animals than Rick did. My deepest sympathies go out to Bobbie, Dawn, Eric, Sonny, Chance, Cory, Greg and the Crowe family.

I loved Rick like a brother I never had. Over the years I shared the Gospel of our Lord and Savior,Jesus Christ. I had just spoken with Rick about a week before his passing. He was feeling bad and in pain but was getting dressed and going to work. We agreed that we will meet in heaven with the glorified body that Christ has promised us. I am sure he has already met my wife, Elaine. We will miss him but he is in a much better place!!
