HOWARD WAS A CLOSE FRIEND OF SOME 20 YEARS . STUBBORN AS HE COULD BE BUT LOYAL AND A FRIEND TO THE END. I WAS TOTALLY SURPRISED BY HIS SUDDEN PASSING AND WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND BUT EXTEND MY CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY. HE WAS LIKE A BROTHER AND VISITED BY CALLING WEEKLY. I SHALL NEVER FOR GET HIM OR HIS FRIENDSHIP
WITH MUCH SYMPATHY, I REMAIN
