Sadie O. Riley, 72, of Shelbyville, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015, at Ashford Place Health Campus.
She was born Oct. 19, 1942, to Lee Charles Riley and Anna (Oliver) Riley in Vevay.
She married the father of her children, Larry Bush. They were blessed with four children: Robin Rogers and husband, Jeff, of Shelbyville; Teresa Lilak and husband, Adam, of Flat Rock; Larry E. Bush II and wife, Jennie, of Flat Rock; and Gregory Bush and wife, Bobbi, of Edinburgh. Other survivors include three brothers, Randall Riley of Florida, Howard LaPorte of Florida and Ronald Barnes of Maine; grandchildren, Jeff Rogers II, Ashley Horton, Tina Craft, Brittney Holmes, Heather Carestia, Justin Lee, Morgan Lilak, Haylie Lilak, Jessica Smith, Isaac Bush and Kierra Richards; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Lee Riley Jr.
Ms. Riley worked as a noon lunch aide at Southwestern Elementary School. She also worked at Heritage Laundry.
Ms. Riley was a member of Flat Rock Christian Church.
Sadie enjoyed watching wrestling and sports. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved doing crossword puzzles.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 30, 2015, at Flat Rock Christian Church, 2854 W. Pope St., Flat Rock.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2015, at the church, with Jeffrey Rogers II, William Smith and Donald Croft officiating.
Burial will be at Flat Rock Cemetery.

Funeral Directors Greg A. Parks, Sheila J. Parks and Stuart Parks are honored to conduct the services for Ms. Riley.
