Dorcas and I grew up from childhood as neighbors living across the street from each other. We played together as little girls and stayed close all through high school and even worked together at the same place, and we have stayed in touch all these years. I was very sad to hear that she passed away. She was a special friend of mine. Dixie Reedy

Sorry to hear about Dorcas' passing. I remember that as kids we played together - with Marcia and Dixie. And then there were the school years!
Condolences to her family.

I miss my friend. We went to school together, worked together, were in each others weddings....and kept in touch through 60 years.
