Beverly J. Caudill, 79, of Shelbyville, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 5, 2014, at her residence.

She was born Sept. 23, 1935, to Charles Leffler and Helen (Bruce) Leffler in Monticello. She married Jack Caudill on Nov. 28, 1980, and he survives.

Other survivors include four daughters: Barbara Musgrave and husband, Greg, of Rushville; Twanna Simpson and husband, Ty, of Shelbyville; Lisa Hubbard and husband, Bill, of Shelbyville; and Sharon Fox and husband, Wayne, of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Ashley, Brandon, Ethan, Drew, Jessica, Ty Allen, Heather and Chelsea; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Lilli, Allie, Layton, Briar and Kinsley; and five brothers, Jack, Jerry, Sonny and Gary Leffler, all of Shelbyville, and Billie Rex Leffler of Seymour.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Charles, Bobby and Danny Leffler; and sisters, Phyllis O'Brien and Sherry Ann Ramey.

Mrs. Caudill managed all secretarial duties for her husband's automobile repair business.

She collected Precious Moments figurines.

She had a true gift of preparing special meals for family and friends. She could always be counted on to be spending time in her favorite hobby, shopping in all stores. However, she always made time for the Indianapolis Colts games. Her grandchildren always had a special place in her heart.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 7, 2014, at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service & Crematory, 703 S. Harrison St.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014, with the Rev. Jim Stephens officiating.

Burial will be at Miller Cemetery in Shelby County.

I had the privilege of doing professional work for Jack & Beverly for many years. And Jack has been my mechanic for many years as well. Beverly was such a kind person. Anyone listening to her recognized she had a love for other people and a servant's heart. My sympathy and prayers are offered to Jack and all the family members. May God's love embrace you and keep you in the months to come.
