Marjorie Bogeman, age 74, a longtime area resident, died on Saturday, July 12, 2014, at her home.
Marjorie was born on Sept. 26, 1939, in Shelbyville, Ind., to Charles and Mary Scheffler.
She and her husband, Dick, owned and operated the Pine Valley Resort in St. Germain, Wis., for many years.
She enjoyed fishing, flower gardening, cooking, sewing, and putting peanuts out for the chipmunks.
Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.
Marjorie was a member of the Bo-Boen Snowmobile Club, the St. Germain Chamber of Commerce and the St. Germain Lions Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dick Bogeman; her parents; and her brother, Maurice Scheffler.
She is survived by her sons, Tim (Tammy) Bogeman of Eagle River, Wis., and Ted (Terry) Bogeman of Eagle River; brother, David (Kathleen) Scheffler of West Bend, Wis.; grandchildren, Angela (Dan) Ceru, Amanda Bogeman, Kimberly Bogeman and Stephanie Bogeman; step-grandchildren, Thomas Maney and Katherine Maney; great-grandchildren, Gabriel Ceru and Gilbert Ceru; Brother -in law and sister-in law Donald and Donna Mallory many nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday July 21, 2014 at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service 703 S. Harrison Street. The rosary will be recited at 3:30p.m. Monday at the funeral home. A Mass of Chrristain Burial will be at 10:00a.m. Tuesday, July 22, 2014, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 125 E. Broadway Street.
