Enjoyed every minute I spent with your Dad, Terri. Many good memories, for sure. Sad he is no longer with us, but at the same time, happy for Charles that he is at peace and comfortable. Comfort to you, Rob and the girls. -- LuAnn Mason

I always remember Billy very well...because as a little girl I always called him my "Uncle Billy" and got teased about it a lot. But he told me I could always call him "uncle" and I did. He was such a wonderful loving man and so gentle and tender with people, easy going. I remember once staying overnight in Shelbyville with Terri and Jeann, we talked all night and laughed, the next morning I awoke with my face & eyes swollen from a allergy attach from sinuses. This stay was special to me, cause I was never allowed to stay overnight with anyone. I had so very much fun and by the way.....I do remember the "station wagon" :-) Am thankful that I got to see him at the Henderson Reunion back in (I think) 2007 in North Vernon Park before us moving back to Arizona in 2008. My prayers are with his girls and the family....but I know in my heart Billy is in Heaven with his beautiful wife Barbara, Aunt Edith and all our loved ones too!! Having the best time of his life...he was a WONDERFUL MAN and will be missed. Love to all, Deborah

Terri, we are so sorry for your loss. He was such a loving man and a joy to be around. I still have some of his Christmas figurines that he gave me and we are still a Christmas house here in Arizona. So every Christmas Charlie is still apart of our household for the public to see. God Bless you and your family and you are in our prayers. Take care.
