To whom it may concern -
I don't know who is going to read this, but I feel the need to recognize this man's everlasting effect on my character. I expierenced a moderate amount of success at VTI, where John put in many years of service. I was inexpierenced, untrained, and frankly lacked intrest in my job. Two years prior to VTI closing my responsibilities expanded to include John under my realm of control. In the next two years Kinder put me through the wringer. He tested my patience, challenged my authority, and at times pushed me to the point I wanted to walk away from the job completely. Over time though, we found common ground. And slowly we formed a friendship. He taught me so much in what he knew as far as work goes. And he taught me how care about what I was working for and to do what was best not because it was what I wanted but simply cause it was the best thing to do for everyone or the company. He taught me the importance of caring about my job and then gave me the skill set necessary to succeed at it. John was the one person out of a dozen and half employees who I didn't look at as a subordinate, but as an equal. As a mentor. And as a friend. I owe my success and work ethic to him. He made me a better me and I am truly sorry to hear of his passing. You have my condolences.

I am really sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with John for years at VTI and must say he was an awsome individual. It's sad to lose such a great guy. I will be keeping his family and friends in my prayers.

I worked closely with John for several years at VT Industries. I was the computer nerd around the plant, so I was his go to guy for computer questions and discussions. I respected him in a lot of ways, and my prayers go out to everyone that his life had touched in so many ways. God Bless!
