Mr. & Mrs. Ewald, you don't me but when I saw this I just to reach out. (I am friends with Jim and Jerri Dake.) Last April our daughter took her life. Hung herself in the family garage. Her husband found her. No signs this was even being thought about. She left a 13 year old son and it was/is the hardest thing we can ever imagine to happen in our lives. We work so hard to raise them and teach them to be good and caring people. You will ask yourself over and over what more you could have done. I have learned in the last 9 months that as a parent we did all we could. The one thing to remember is that she is no longer suffering and she has found her peace. Now it is your turn to find your peace. I wish you some comfort and peace once this is all over. The next few days will be the hardest you will ever face. Hold onto family and friends, they are wonderful! Again, you don't know me but I wish you peace and may god be with you.
(Greg Parks knows me as well!)
