BROWER, Ruth Marie, age 83 of West Alexandria, OH. died Tues. Mar. 8, 2011 in Eaton. She was born in Jeffersonville, IN. on April 4, 1927 to Henry and Ina (Short) Carter. She was a graduate of Lanier High School and a member of St. John Church. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Stanley Brower, 4 children, Boyd (Peggy) Berry, Detroit, MI., Sharon (Ray) Staley, Somerville, OH., Ruth (Jack) Houser, Eaton, OH., and Bonnie (Pete) Berry, Gig Harbor, WA., 2 stepchildren, John Brower, IL., and Janet Langford, Dothan, AL., 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, sister, Bertha Oliver, W. Carrollton, OH.,and brother, J.D. Carter, Mt. Vernon, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters, Roberta Burton, Lois Moore and brother, Tom Carter. Funeral services will be held 11:30 A.M. Fri. Mar. 11 2011 at Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home, West Alexandria, OH. with Rev. Ron Dafler officiating. Burial will be in Sugar Grove Cemetery.
