TEUFEL,  James R., age 69 of West Alexandria, Oh. passed away, Tues. Dec. 25, 2018 in Dayton after a battle with cancer.  He was born in Cincinnati, OH. on Oct. 27, 1949 to Richard and Marie (Gibson) Teufel.  Jim was a 1967 graduate of William Mason High School and a 1972 graduate of Miami University and later earned his Master’s Degree also from Miami University.  He was a retired teacher and taught at Dixie High School, Vandalia High School and also at Springfield North Western. He was a member of the NRA and the USGA.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Hazel Teufel, on Dec. 19, 2018.  Also deceased were his parents.  He is survived by two sisters, Mary Ann (Robin) Poynter, Amelia, OH., Linda (Kevin) Taylor, Loveland, OH., brother, Robert (Jeanette) Teufel, Mason, OH., nieces and nephews.  A funeral service will be held at 11:30 A.M. Friday, Dec. 28, 2018 at Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home, West Alexandria, OH. with Rev.
