THOMPSON Jr., Thomas (Tommy), age 86 of West Alexandria, OH passed away Saturday, June 16, 2018 in Preble County. He was born in Hamilton, Oh on March 16, 1932 to Thomas and Marie (Jones) Thompson Sr. Tommy served on the Monroe fire department for 20 years and enjoyed fishing for crappies, raising rabbits, trading livestock and mushroom hunting. He is survived by his wife JoAnn (Smith) Thompson of 60 years, his two sons David (Mary) Thompson, Eaton, OH and Thomas (Mike) Thompson of West Alexandria, OH., 6 Grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and a brother Louis Thompson of Seven Mile, OH. he is preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 22, 2018 at Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home in Gratis, OH from 11am to 1pm with a 1pm funeral officiated by Rev. Bob Shannon.
