SINK, Opal “Della”, age 82, of West Alexandria, OH went home to be with her Lord on Monday, Aug. 7, 2017.  She was born on June 26, 1935 in Dayton to the late Elam and Mary Parilee (Strutton) Goddard.  She was a graduate of Lanier High School. Della had been the owner of Della’s Café in Camden, OH. many years ago and then worked as a waitress and cook at the former Twin Tavern and Golden Eagle Steakhouse in West Alexandria, OH. She was a member of Covenant of Peace Church in Eaton, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert Sink in 1994 and daughter, Nancy Parks in 2015; sisters, Inez Rothwell, Bernice Milby, Laura Allison, Juanita Orrill, Mae Carrier and brothers, Wiley Goddard, Riley Goddard and Claude Goddard.  She is survived by 5 children, Robert (Julie) Sink, Jr., Apple Valley MN., Gary Sink, West Alexandria, OH, Peggy (Larry) Ellis, Battlefield, MO, Dennis Sink, Phillipsburg, OH, Shelly Robinson, West Alexandria, OH, 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, brother Roscoe (Irma) Goddard, New Lebanon, OH, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, Aug. 11 at Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home, West Alexandria, OH with Rev. Raymond Rothwell officiating.
