SUGGS, Elizabeth J., age 83 of West Alexandria, OH. passed away Tues. Nov. 1, 2016 in Eaton, OH. She was born in Montgomery County, OH. on June 13, 1933 to Roy and Ethel (Shank) Winfield. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Suggs earlier this year. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Wendy Suggs, West Alexandria, OH., granddaughter, Taylor (Josh) Dougherty and sister, Ellen (Bob) Hamilton.
