MOSES, Rev. J.C., age 91 of Gratis, OH. passed away in Hospice care on Wed. Aug. 31, 2016.  He was born in Harlan County, KY. on April 8, 1925 to William and Angline (Bray) Moses.  He was a WWII Army veteran.  J. C. had worked for Harrison Radiator/Frigidaire for 29 years.  He had a Doctorate Degree in Ministry and had been a Baptist minister for 42 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Eva in 2012 and son, Johnny in 2004.  He is survived by 2 sons, Tommy (Janice) Moses, Lake Wales, FL., Brian (Josie) Moses, Lenore City, TN., daughter-in-law, Kay Moses, Eaton, OH., 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, brother, Gene (Freda) Moses, Eaton, OH., 4 sisters, Allie Siler, LaFollette, TN., Alberta (George) Ballard, Dayton, OH., Martha Goins, LaFollette, TN., Mary (Don) Schoeff, Ft. Wayne, IN., sisters-in-law, Heidi Moses, Ft. Wayne, IN., Fannie Henegar, Cincinnati, OH., and A.Violet, Jackboro, TN., nieces and nephews.  Also deceased were, 8 brothers and sisters.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wed. Sept. 7, 2016 at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 7085 Gratis-Jacksonburg Rd., Gratis, OH.  Friends may call at the church on Tues. from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday.  Memorial donations may be made to the church.  Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home, Gratis, OH. is in charge of arrangements.  For condolences: www.lindloffzimmerman.com
