Grandpa,
I miss you already but know that you are out of pain and discomfort. You gave me 43 years of love and understanding and I knew you were always there for me no matter what I ever needed. I love you and appreciate you. You've won your game of life, and in the words of Ol' Joe, you finally "rounded third and headed home."

Love, Brad

I am very sorry to hear of the loss of Mr. Grossnickle. With his accomplishments, and dedications, both in his professional life and personal one, he was an amazing man! I won't pretend to know what you're going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love is turning to the Scriptures, something that has been a real source of comfort. One Scripture that gives me hope is John 5:28, 29 which says, " Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out ." I hope that this verse will also comfort you and, I hope you and your family can get through this difficult time. Please accept my condolences for the loss of your beloved husband, father, grandpa and friend. Sincerely, Meryl
