GROSSNICKLE, John Frederick, age 84 formerly of New Lebanon and West Alexandria, passed away Thurs. April 14, 2016 in Eaton.  He was born in Montgomery County, OH. on March 4, 1932 to Ira and Louise (Bowers) Grossnickle.  John was a 1950 graduate of West Alexandria High School.  He was a member of West Alexandria Church of the Brethren.  He worked  in plumbing and construction most of his life.  He is survived by his wife, Donna (Good) Grossnickle, Eaton, OH., 3 children, Daryl (Bev) Grossnickle, Piqua, OH., John Alan (Deborah) Grossnickle, Brookville, OH., Susan (Terrence) Kloth, New Lebanon, OH., 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren,  and a sister, Alice (Bob) Marcum, West Alexandria, OH.  He was preceded in death by his parents.  A memorial service will be held 7:00 P.M. Thurs. April 21, 2016 at West Alexandria Church of the Brethren   with Rev. Brody Rike officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 6:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
