I want to give my Condolences with deep Sympathy for your loss, for I remember Bill when I worked with him while he was a Sheriff Deputy with Preble Co. S.O. I always enjoyed being around Bill for I'm also a Past Master of Bolivar Lodge, so we did get to chum around a little beside Law Enforcement work. He deserves to lay down his working tools of life and be with the his Lord in the place not made with hand.

Dear Dad, and family,
I don't have all the memories, that you had, with Dad.
I was a baby, when he gave me up. But when I met him, I was 12 years old.
Every time we was together. We would sing, laugh and have our talks.
Over and over again. He would tell me, how sorry he was, he gave me up.
Also would tell me, how much he loved me. He was young, when he had me and Billy June Kittle. I understand that. He was full of love, had a wonderful heart. Me and my kids will miss him very much. What little time I had with him. I'll keep in my heart forever. I seen, that he was loved very much, by all of his family and friends, what a blessing. God Bless all of you, may God be with all of you. Thank you for cheering him with me.
I love him so much and will miss him. I'm his oldest daughter forever.
Love Dianna McDowell
