My thoughts and prayers are for Mr. Haas. (May he rest in peace) and all his surviving family members and friends.
I will truly miss him stopping in the office every month, He always spoke of his wife and son, and the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals.
May God give you some type of comfort during this most difficult time.

Mike has been a friend since 1975, when we played in a band together while I was attending college at Wittenberg. He was a wonderful man and a kind soul, may he rest in peace. I can only hope we will meet again someday, God willing.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Haas when I worked in the 711th (AFRL) at WPAFB. I so enjoyed our chats and his ever-cheerful presence. I was finishing up my B.S. degree and spoke often about maybe applying to grad school. Dr. Haas told me, "just give it a try. You'll never know unless you try." His encouragement was so warm and helpful--and he always ended with a joke to lighten my worry. I took his advice and I'm so grateful for his gentle guidance.

He was such a kind man and I have no doubt that he will be greatly missed. My greatest sympathies to his family and friends.

Mike was the absolutely best Brother-In-Law anyone could ever ask for. He never complained about anything or anyone and was always willing to lend a hand at any time to anyone in need. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. The Deleranko Family can never repay the fact that he selflessly donated his life to his wife, (Our sister), Patricia during her many years of intense medical trials and tribulations. Rest easy Mike. You have earned your eternal reward. May God Bless you and forever welcome you into his Kingdom. God Speed Mike Haas!
