Grover, Chris, Lori,
I was deeply saddened today to hear of Gerri’s passing. She and I had a long conversation last Wednesday ( I don’t think anyone ever had a short conversation with Gerri). We shared a lot of memories and laughs during that conversation. It was also clear to me after that long talk that she loved her family and her Lord and Savior.
Gerri was loved by many, respected by all, and will be sorely missed by those that she loved. A loved ones passing is never easy. Please know that you are in our prayers.

I am so very sorry for your loss. There are so many good times I remember having with Gerri. If you were having a bad day she could lift you up and make you feel better. She could always make you laugh. Gerri saw the good in everybody. Such a good person. I will keep the family in my thoughts and prayers. She is in heaven now watching over all of you.

Gerri was truly a pleasure to see and talk with almost daily when I would go and get my lunch at Shriver. Heaven definitely gained an angel this week! To her family, may you find comfort in God during this difficult time.

I have such wonderful memories of Gerri. She was so much fun to work with; we got to know each other while working together at Baxter. I loved her like a sister. Many times she comes to mind and it makes me smile. May God hold you and the family so close. I am so sorry.

Dear Family, My sister Donna Riddell and my mother Hazel Hartman worked with Gerlene at Baxter. Donna just told me how much she loved visiting with Gerlene and how sad she is about her passing. I know I must have met her at Shriver Center as I worked at Miami University and ate at the Food Court many times. May God Bless you with memories from others and your own of Gerlene and keep you in His hands over the upcoming days. My deepest sympathy.
