HARRISON,  Althea "Ota Belle", age 88 of Middletown, OH. died Thurs. Feb. 23, 2012.  She was born in Fairfield, County, OH. on Feb. 19, 1924 to Walter and Erma (Harden) Freeman.  She was a member of Beechwood Church of God.  Her husband, Thomas Harrison, preceded her in death in 2006.  She is survived by 5 sons, Thomas Harrison, West Elkton, OH., Richard Harrison, Lakeside CA., Daniel Harrison, Campo, CA., Walter Harrison, Huber Heights, OH., John Harrison, Papillion, NB., 6 daughters, Julie Ann Laybourne, Albuquerque, NM., Mary Alice Anuci, New Lebanon, OH., Molly Ruth Sebastian, Springboro, OH., Elizabeth Kay Schoepf, Cold Spring, KY., Melissa Jane Travis, Manchester, KY., Amy Marie Scharstein, Alexandria, KY., 29 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, 2 brothers, George Freeman,  Wenatchee, WA and William Freeman, New Meadows, ID.  She was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Charles Freeman, Arthur Freeman, Carrol Freeman, Walter Freeman and 3 sisters, Thelma Freeman, Ruth Alice Freeman and Pearl Elizabeth Freeman.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Mon. Feb. 27, 2012 at Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home, Gratis, OH. with Rev. Gary Agee officiating.  Burial will be in Fairmound Cemetery, West Elkton, OH.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M.  Donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.

Julie, I am so sorry to hear about your Mother. I knew Otta Belle well. We were room mothers together for years. I ljust loved her. Sorry I can''t be at the visistation. I do dialysis on Monday morning. But my thoughts and prayers are with you. Your ole school mate, Lavern

So very sorry to hear about your mother. I always enjoyed visiting with your mom and dad. A finer couple of people I have ever met. They were generous souls both and know that they touched many lives.
