HABEKOST, Ralph H. Jr., age 46, of Eaton, OH. died Fri. Aug. 26, 2011 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on Dec. 30, 1964 to Ralph and Shirley (Michael) Habekost Sr. He was a 1983 graduate of Twin Valley South High School, West Alexandria. He had worked for Land O' Lakes in Richmond. He was a member of King Hiram F.&A.M. #88 and Ohio Eastern Star, had served on the West Alexandria Fire Dept. and was a member of Salem Lutheran Church. He is survived by his parents, Ralph and Shirley, 2 sisters, Rebecca Habekost Simon and Cathy (Steve) Snyder, all of Eaton, OH., 2 stepdaughters, Ashtyn Rucker and Lacey Rucker, both of West Alexandria, niece and nephews. A memorial service will be held 10:30A.M. Wed. Aug. 31, 2011 at Salem Lutheran Church, West Alexandria with Rev. Brian Nunnally officiating. Friends may call at Salem Lutheran Church also on Tues. night from 6-8PM. Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. To the parents of Ralph Jr.: it is never easy to lose a child, no matter what the age..the grief is heavy and deep. We, as Christians, know that our home is not here...we will eventually be joining Ralph in our heavenly home..we have that assurance. Blessings to all of Ralph's family and his friends.
