CARROLL, James H., age 85 of Eaton, OH. died Fri. Mar. 16, 2012 in Richmond, IN.  He was born Feb. 25, 1927 in Gus, KY.  He was a WWII Army veteran and served in Germany.  He had retired from General Motors in 1989 after 15 years.  Jim was a member James E. Ryan Post #322 American Legion, Masonic Lodge #482 F.& A.M. , Scottish Rite, Valley of Dayton, VFW life member, AMVETS life member, Moose Lodge #1645 of Miamisburg, FOE AERIE #2202, Wolf Creek Rod & Gun Club honorary member, AARP member, NRA member, AAA Dayton Auto Club Member.  He was preceded in death by his son, John L. Carroll.  He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Sherly Carroll, son, David W. Carroll, Rushville, IL., 3 stepdaughters, 4 stepgrandchildren, a sister and nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held at 7:00P.M. on Wed.
