Jaye E. Olson, age 53 of Woodman, passed away on Wednesday February 9, 2011 unexpectedly at the Boscobel Area Health Care in Boscobel. She was born on August 17, 1957 in Boscobel Wisconsin.  The daughter of Otis and LaVon (Culver) Strand. She married David Olson on November 27, 1976 at the Trinity Lutheran in Boscobel. She is survived by her husband David Olson of Woodman. Two daughters; Beth (Tommy) Gleason of Fennimore, Michele Olson of Woodman. A set of twin grandchildren Gavin and Allison Gleason of Fennimore. Her mother LaVon Strand of Woodman. One brother Jeffrey (Mary) Strand of Scottsburg Ind. Three sisters: Jenifer Strand and Husband Ted Glasbrenner of Boscobel, Jordice Strand of Waunakee Wisconsin, Jessica Strand and special friend Thomas Seaver both of Madison, several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Otis Strand, infant twin granddaughters Morgan and Shelby Gleason, Mother in Law Mary Eckert, Sister in law Sheila Starkey, brother in law Dan Olson.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday February 12, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Boscobel. Pastor Alan Ness officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Friends may call on Saturday February 12, 2011 from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at the Trinity Luthran Church in Boscobel. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Woodman First Responders, or the Trinity Lutheran Church in Boscobel. The Kendall Funeral Service in Boscobel is assisting the family. There will never be another jaye, such a nice happy sweet lady, she was such a good person thru and thru , it was truly a shock i wish the best to all of the family she was a very loved lady
