Ronald L. McClimans, age 74 of Boscobel and formerly of Bonney  Lake Washington, passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Gundersen Hospital in Boscobel as a result of a stroke.  He was born August 10, 1943 in Blue River Wisconsin . The son of Lester and Mildred (Hardy) McClimans.  He was a 21 year Army Veteran, and later water truck driver. He is survived by two daughters: Loretta (Kevin) Rhode of Bonney Lake Wash., Rhonda Erickson, unknown. One Son; Wayne McClimans of Bonney Lake Wash., 4 Grandchildren, 2 Great-Grandchildren. Four Brothers; Jim McClimans of Muscoda, Dennis McClimans of Boscobel, Steve McClimans of Muscoda, Charlie Groom of Blue River. Four Sisters: Eileen Guist of Danbury,  Pat Roen of Blue River, Karen (Joe) Gander of Viroqua, Betty McClimans of Danbury .  Several Nieces and Nephews.  A long time friend and fishing buddy  Glenn Bozarth of Great Falls Montana. His long time dog companions  Patches, Missy, and Maggey. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter Leslie McClimans, two sisters: Nancy Knight, Linda McClimans, also by his former wife Sharon McClimans.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday July 2, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.  Pastor Stan Pegram officiating, burial in the Blue River  Cemetery.  Friends may call on Monday July 2, 2018 from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service at the Kendall Funeral Home in Boscobel.  In lieu of flowers memorial can be given to the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, P.O. Box 82429 , Missoula Mt. 59807.  Military honors will be accorded by the Blake Semrad American Legion Post #134 and the Gilbertson Pitzer Radley VFW Post#10393. both of Boscobel.
